Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All orders are considered final sale.

We take great care in packaging your order with "gorilla packing" to ensure it arrives safely. However, once your package leaves our hands, we cannot control how it’s handled by delivery carriers. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, including porch theft. Please see our FAQs page for more information about shipping issues.

If we accidentally ship you the wrong blend or make any other mistake with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will correct the error.
